All accommodation, transport and meal arrangements is as described in the itinerary. The
organization is not obliged to any changes requested by tour participants. The following
schedule of penalty charges will be applied if any tour participant cancels or changes the reservation.
- 40 days prior to departure, 75% of the total tour fare per person.
- 30 days prior to departure, 100% of the total tour fare per person.
- The above penalty apply to each individual cancellation.
